Offers & Process
I provide psychological assessments for individuals navigating immigration cases including extreme hardship waiver & cancellation of removal, U-Visa, T-Visa, VAWA, and asylum.
The evaluation is conducted through a psychosocial interview followed by a written report with the psychological considerations related to trauma and the reasons to migrate and any clinical recommendations.
The interviews will be convenient, confidential, and conducted in a language you understand. The report will be precise, with opportunities for your input on the final version. Once you approve it, the evaluation will be sent to your attorney.
Emergency or fast turnaround evaluations are available upon request.

An immigration evaluation is a psychological assessment conducted to evaluate an individual's mental health and emotional well-being in the context of immigration proceedings.
My goal is to support clients and their legal representatives by providing comprehensive, evidence-based reports that contribute meaningfully to their cases.
Fees
Fee for an immigration evaluation is $1,000, covering a 2-3 hour clinical interview, mental health assessments, a detailed written report, coordination with you and your attorney if needed, and a review of any supporting documentation.
All immigration evaluations are self-pay. We offer flexible payment plans and accept credit card payments.
